Online appointments, Home support and chat on the HolON Online Platform
Holon Pharmacies have launched new services and ways to support their users on the HolON online platform.
Online appointments, home support and pharmaceutical counselling through an online chat, are the continuity of an effective and safe response, resulting from the new reality that people are facing in the context of COVID-19.
Nuno Machado, Director of Holon Pharmacies, explains: “the launch of these new online services represents a continuous commitment to improving all the pharmaceutical support we already have. If we have the professionals and we noticed that the market presented a need, we just brought the two together!”
“With these new services we hope to create a new point of relevant interaction between Holon pharmacies and the patients we monitor. We are taking an important step in the Homecare area, offering pharmaceutical and health services, without people having to leave their home! All of this through a single site - the HolON platform”, concludes Nuno Machado.
The HolON Platform allows:
- Home Delivery (order medicine and health and wellness products without leaving your home);
- Click & Collect (collection at the pharmacy);
- Online Appointment (Nutrition, Dermopharmacy, Nursing and Pharmaceutical Appointments)
- Book an appointment at home (Nutrition, Podiatry, Diabetic Foot and Nursing);
- New Nursing Service at home;
- Online chat à for pharmaceutical advice and clarification of doubts about medicines and other health issues.
