Friends of the Earth Christmas Market

 

The Holon pharmacies in Almada took part in the Friends of the Earth Christmas Market, offering a series of Health screenings!

Holon pharmacies offered screenings in Nutrition, Podiatry, Dermopharmacy and a general Health Check.

 

Several Holon Pharmacies - Central, Cova da Piedade, Holon Pragal, Magalhães, Nuno Álvares and Reis – took part, yet again, in the Friends of the Earth Christmas Market in Almada. Our pharmacists undertook 100 Health Screenings and directed all those who took part, to specialists sin Nutrition, Podiatry and Dermopharmacy.

 

“The local community appreciates our being here in this annual event. Many of those who took part know us and are already clients of ours from the pharmacies and it is very rewarding to see their interest in our health services. It’s vital to emphasize that pharmacies are no longer just a physical space, but also an integrated set of services, which cares for people, wherever they are!” declares Inês Vieira, from the Nuno Álvares Pharmacy.
